2012 Dickens's 200th birthday

Here are the glogs 4A students have created to celebrate thr 200th anniversary of Dickens. They're all based on Oliver Twist but each student chose their own topic to focus their glog on (and the language for their glog, too).

The one glog devoted to his biography was made by Pablo:

This is Cristian's choice: the city of London in Victorian times:

Juan Diego tells us about the Industrial Revolution and children's working conditions in the age of Dickens:

Esther has reviewed the Rights of Children, as we know them today, as compared to working class children's life conditions in 19th century Britain. She's illustrated her glog with scenes from R. Polanski's Oliver Twist film adaptation:

  4. Thank you for your kind comments, Begoña & Ana. I recommend working with Glogster: it's fun and easy, and students seem to enjoy it to the full :)
